start with using the sea kale clay mask once per week and gradually increasing usage to 3-4 times per week.
apply a generous layer to clean, dry skin, avoiding eyes and lips. leave on for 20 minutes before gently massaging off with cool water.
store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
