We’ve already shared our favorite hacks with you, like using our Organic Chlorophyll Mask as a beauty water ingredient or massaging our Organic Cleansing Oil on your scalp for thick and hydrated hair. Our goal is to help you simplify your beauty routine – we want you to buy less products that are higher quality!
This time, we’ve created a super easy ORGANIC tinted lip gloss! All you need is our Organic All-Purpose Salve and a few cherries. The Organic All-Purpose Salve provides deep long-lasting nourishment, and we’ll use cherries to tint the gloss! You can easily substitute cherries for beet juice, but we use cherries because there is no cooking required. This takes 5-10 minutes, max!
What you’ll need:
-1 or 2 organic cherries
-Cocokind Organic All-Purpose Salve
-A small cut out square from a cheese cloth (not necessary but makes it easier)
-An empty container
What to do:
Take a small amount of the salve (1/2 tbsp) and scoop it into your empty jar.
Split open a cherry and wrap one half of a cherry into your cheese cloth (open face down).
Strain out cherry juice using your cheese cloth (see below) and drip into your lip gloss jar. If you want a darker color, add a second cherry!
Stir together until completely blended, and stick it in the fridge for about 10 minutes.
Apply for glossy, healthy, and natural looking lips. Our gloss is best used within 1-2 weeks…Enjoy!!
