Director of Marketing: Cocokind is looking for a Director of Marketing to be a senior leader at our rapidly growing company. The Director of Marketing will be responsible for all elements of our marketing strategies, including managing digital marketing, email marketing, social media, influencer and PR outreach, brand architecture, and photo and video content. Additionally, the Director of Marketing will also work with our product development team to identify key innovation strategies and potential growth drivers. Working alongside and managing members of our creative and product teams (both in-house and contracting teammates), a successful Director of Marketing will be able to manage both high level and detailed tasks. We are looking for a unique candidate who has both creative and analytical strengths, with experience and grit to back it up. Digital Marketing Manager: The Digital Marketing Manager role will be responsible for creating and managing digital marketing advertisements, optimizing digital strategies and online sales, and creating paid search campaigns. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of our brand and how to effectively communicate who we are to our customers. This position requires 4 years of experience in digital marketing at a cosmetics or skincare company. Creative Director: We are looking to hire a Creative Director at cocokind. The candidate must be comfortable with photography and post-production. The job will require creating both written content and imagery, as well as leading our brand direction on social media channels. The position will work directly with the CEO to develop new social media and broader marketing strategies. This position requires 3-5 years of experience in a creative director role at a brand.
