Operations Manager: We are looking for an experienced individual to be our Operations Manager. This position will manage the fluidity of the following departments: fulfillment, logistics, production, warehouse, supply chain, and purchasing. As we are a quickly growing company, this person will have to actively solve problems and help our company scale our operations as efficiently as possible. The ideal candidate enjoys executing specific tasks while also managing at a high level. Supervising members of the team in all operational departments, we’re looking for an ambitious individual who has the desire to be a key leader at our company. The candidate must have 4-7 years of experience in operations at a manufacturing CPG company, and have a passion for building strong operational systems. This position is located in San Francisco. 


Purchasing and Planning Senior Analyst: We are looking for an ambitious individual to be our Purchasing and Planning Senior Analyst.  This position will manage the sourcing and purchasing of all of our individual components, ingredients, and operational or warehouse needs. Utilizing sales data to forecast and plan our needs, the Senior Analyst will purchase raw materials to ensure that we avoid out-of-stock situations, properly plan for growing sales, and maximum purchasing leverage. This position will require an interest in learning about skincare products and all the inputs that go into building a great product. Building or improving on relationships with our vendors and farmers, this position will strengthen the quality of our entire supply chain through our purchasing decisions. The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain or purchasing at a CPG company, and have strong organizational and analytical skills. This position is located in San Francisco. 


Office and Human Resources Administrator: We are looking for a detailed-oriented “people person” to be our Office and Human Resources Administrator. This position will be responsible for managing our office, including ensuring a pleasant work environment, managing the team calendar, ordering office supplies, picking up the phones, and generally improving organizational efficiencies and communication. Additionally, this candidate will also manage the recruiting, hiring, onboarding of employees, as well as administer biweekly payroll.  The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of administration, office management, or human resources experience, and have strong organizational and communication skills. This position is located in San Francisco.


Creative Director: We are looking to hire a Creative Director at cocokind. The candidate must be comfortable with photography and post-production. The job will require creating both written content and imagery, as well as leading our brand direction on social media channels. The position will work directly with the CEO to develop new social media and broader marketing strategies. This position requires 3-5 years of experience in a creative director role at a brand. We will not consider or respond to any candidates without relevant experience at a consumer brand. This position is located in San Francisco.


Chief of Staff to CEO: Cocokind is looking for a Chief of Staff to the CEO to be a key leader at our beauty company. The candidate will serve as a strategic advisor and right-hand counsel to the CEO. Integrating into the team quickly, this position requires a determination for learning every aspect of our business and helping our company operate at maximum effectiveness. Day to day tasks will include providing administrative, operational, and managerial support, as well as facilitating productive internal and external communications. Executing both detailed and high-level tasks, the ideal candidate is action-oriented, creative and analytical, communicative, and an active problem solver. Supporting the CEO in all areas of our business, you will need to continuously master new skills and find creative solutions to challenges. This position is located in San Francisco. Must have 5+ years of working experience, including at least 2+ years experience working in investment banking or management consulting.
