This Mental Health Awareness Month, let’s Keep It Kind!
Compassion over criticism. Gentleness over harshness. Kindness over comparison.
The way we treat ourselves, the way we treat others, the way we’re treated – it can take a serious toll on our mental health. But kindness knows no bounds—it begins with us and radiates outward, touching the lives of others in ways we may never realize.
This May, cocokind is thrilled to support Mental Health Awareness Month by partnering with Active Minds and Mental Health Ambassadors to help spread kindness and raise awareness for young adult mental health throughout the month.
We know first hand the impact criticism and comparison can have on our mental health. Cocokind Founder & CEO, Priscilla's own journey with self acceptance and skin insecurities inspired her to start cocokind a decade ago. Our community is built around kindness and feeling comfortable in your skin, exactly as you are.
This month, we are excited to further our mission by pledging to Keep It Kind — with ourselves and others — each and every day. We are committed to donating $25,000 to Active Minds this month in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month.
On May 4th, cocokind and Spencer Barbosa are hosting a community pop up at Ulta Beauty LA to help spread kindness and raise awareness for young adult mental health. If you're in the LA area, we'd love to see you! RSVP HERE
With Kindness,
