2 cups apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. rosewater

By mixing these cleaning and anti-inflammatory ingredients together you will have plenty of energy and reduced aches and pains!
- 1 tsp. dried turmeric
- 1″ fresh ginger root
- 1 squeezed lemon (we are only using the juice)
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 2 cups coconut water
Add these ingredients to a blender, mix, and you have a healthy tonic for two!
FINE LINE REMOVING RADISH TONIC
This tonic is full of rejuvenating and detoxifying properties. Combined with each other, these ingredients have the ability to reduce puffiness in the face, tighten the skin, and open your pores.
- 1 radish
- 1 bunch watercress (with roots removed)
- 1 cup goji berries
- 2 lemons
- 3 sprigs savory
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- dash of pink salt
- 2 oz of kombucha
(Use a juicer) Juice radish, goji berries, lemons, watercress and savory. Whisk in matcha powder and pink salt, top with kombucha, and sip your skin becomes smooth.
