After cleansing and toning, gently massage 2-3 drops of serum onto skin in the AM and/or PM. For more hydration, apply ceramide barrier serum to slightly damp skin.
To protect against the drying and irritating side effects of retinol, on clean skin, apply 2-3 drops of ceramide barrier serum then apply your pea-sized amount of retinol. After retinol, you can use another 2-3 drops of ceramide or try a rich moisturizer like resurrection polypeptide cream.
