If you’re anything like us, summer means sun, sandy swimsuits, and salty hair. But no matter how busy we are napping on the beach or swimming in the ocean, we never forget to take care of our skin. Here are the products that you’ll always find in our beach bags:
1) rosewater toner
While saltwater can be beneficial in small doses, as it can help reduce inflammation and absorb toxins, too much salt can be detrimental to the skin. As salt sits on the skin, it can dry out and dehydrate its surface.
And as you may have heard, overly dry or dehydrated skin may overproduce oil, causing clogged pores and breakouts. Our rosewater toner helps soothe and hydrate skin, while also balancing its pH. It even comes in a travel size bottle, which is perfect for on-the-go hydration.

In case you haven’t heard, SPF (sun protection factor) is so, so crucial for healthy skin. UV rays can be insanely damaging to the skin, causing wrinkles, discoloration, and even skin cancer. To protect yourself, always make sure to use an SPF of at least 30.
If you’re not sure which one to choose, we recommend Goddess Garden, Badger (the cleanest of them all but with a slightly heavier feel), or COOLA. Just make sure that sunscreen is a step you absolutely never skip!
