This ointment has been a savior for the dry winter and cold wind. I wish it was sold in a tub!
A little greasy, but I love this unscented all purpose balm. It absorbs into my skin rather than sits on top the way Aquaphor and Vaseline does. I've been using it on my dry winter hands, on my eczema and even on my lips! I have four tubes in different places so that I'm never without.
I didn't know I NEEDED this! I'm not a huge fan of heavy scented lotions or hand cremes, so this zero-scent balm is a perfect addition to my purse - increased handwashing & the winter cold have my hands screaming for moisture, and this is it!

But is anyone’s kinda grainy? Mine has little bits in it...not sure if it’s normal. I can feel them as I massage it into my skin
I always love the idea of an all-purpose balm, but I had never found one that fit exactly what I was imagining. Until now, that is! I think it's the fact that it comes in a tube instead of a tin or jar, it just makes it much easier to dispense only the amount needed with no mess or lid to keep track of, and the tube is easier to travel with, I love being able to toss it in my bag to hand to have on hand all the time! My favorite uses so far have been an overnight lip mask, massaging into my nails/cuticles & toes/toenails overnight to get ready for a home-manicure/pedicure the next day, and on my heels (also overnight!). I was reading in the reviews someone mentioned using it on their brows since it has castor oil which is known for encouraging hair growth/thickening, so I have started doing that as well! It has no scent added which is nice, but I do detect a very faint menthol type of scent, which I believe is coming from the birch extract in it. It's definitely not minty enough to tingle or irritate mucous membranes, it's very very slight, but it's kind of a nostalgic smell for me so I really like it!
