At first I did not like the natural taste of it, so I had to experiment with how to prepare it. I steam soy milk and froth it up nice, hot and foamy! Meanwhile I add one scoop of morning mocha with a little bit of white sugar (ugh I’m trying to quit it) and a little bit of monk fruit brown sugar into my mug while the milk heats on the stove. I add enough boiling water into the mug to cover the powder and then stir until dissolved. Finally I add the hot and foamy milk into the mug and it turn into a perfect wonderful latte!
Some cons: I have to add sweetener because I do not like it’s natural taste. Also, the powder is difficult to dissolve completely so towards the end of the drink it gets pretty chunky so I just stop drinking when it gets down to like a centimeter of liquid left.
All in all, I would recommend trying this product so long as you are patient with finding the right way to prepare your drink! This is my way to drink it and I do love it! I don’t drink coffee so my morning drink has always been either black/red tea with milk, matcha latte or now this mocha latte.
