Within 30┬ádays of delivery, you may ship our products back to us at COCOKIND, 366 10th Street, San Francisco, 94103. You are responsible for the shipping cost. If we receive the product and it is in good condition, we will issue a refund or credit based on your request. We are unable to conduct product exchanges at this time.
